Background and career to date

Victor did most of his training at Birmingham Corporation where he gained considerable experience with complex property ownership assisting a Senior Solicitor with the acquisition of land for the Inner Ring Road and other major projects within the City.

Victor left the Corporation with all the qualifications needed to be enrolled as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. After a short spell with Higgs & Sons he joined March and Edwards in 1973, to deal with all legal matters of a non contentious nature that the large client base required.

In 1987 he qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.

In more recent years Victor has specialized in conveyancing leaving the other non contentious matters to his colleagues and now offers a modern computer assisted service for anyone who wishes to move home or change the ownership of their property or mortgage with a one to one service second to none.
