Rob Sherrey
Background and career to date
Rob specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, financial matters upon divorce & separation, cohabitation law and children issues such as contact and residence disputes.
Rob had a career change in his late twenties to train to become a solicitor. He previously worked in the motor trade and at age of 26 was the general manager of Birmingham’s only BMW motorcycle dealer. Yes he loves motorcycles but no longer rides on the basis of never been hurt falling off. He has decided to quit whilst ahead!
His interest in law resulted in a 4 year part time degree course at Worcester College of Technology undertaken in the evenings before his professional exams were taken at The College of Law in Birmingham.
Rob trained at a firm in the Black Country and spent 3 ½ happy years there before moving to March & Edwards in March 2006.
Rob is a committed member of Resolution.
Outside interests
Born in 1971, Rob's interests include anything with an engine and wheels. He enjoys cycling and raced competitively as a youth. He now cycles a round trip of about 13 miles to work and back virtually every day.
