The licensing rules and regulations recently changed. For an alcohol licence you no longer apply to the local Magistrates Court but rather you have to apply to the local Council. To be able to sell alcohol on a licensed premises the premises themselves have to be licensed and now the person selling the alcohol or the person in charge of the sale of alcohol has to have a personal licence. There are many new requirements and forms to be completed. We can help guide you through these to ensure that your new business venture runs smoothly from day one.
